Payments & Invoicing
We do not enforce rigid one-size-fits-all fixed packages. Payment milestones, deposit schedules, and invoicing terms are clearly demarcated within individual client proposals and project contracts.
Invoices are payable upon receipt or as per the schedule specified in your project agreement. Work on milestone phases commences upon receipt of agreed initial deposits.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project delivery, clients are expected to:
• Provide necessary brand assets, content, text, images, and API credentials in a timely manner.
• Review milestone previews and provide constructive feedback within agreed feedback windows.
• Maintain open and professional communication with the Go4Online development team throughout the project lifecycle.
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of full and final project payment, full ownership of custom source code, design assets, and client-specific deliverables transfers to the client. Go4Online retains ownership of pre-existing proprietary tools, open-source libraries, and reusable agency components used during development.
Limitation of Liability
Go4Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from website usage, third-party service outages, hosting provider downtime, or unauthorized third-party interference beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Either party may terminate a project agreement in accordance with the specific termination clause defined in your project proposal.
Due to the tailored nature of custom software engineering, completed work hours and approved milestone deliverables are non-refundable once delivered. Any unspent deposit for uninitiated phases will be refunded per contract terms.
Privacy & Data Governance
Your use of Go4Online website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details our data collection and protection standards.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
